everysong is $5, paid once, for lifetime access. We'd like you to be happy. If you're not, we'll refund you. That's the whole policy.
What qualifies
Anything. You used it and didn't like it. You changed your mind. You paid twice by accident. The model didn't feel accurate enough for your use case. All fine.
How to ask
Email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase from the email address you used at checkout. Include the word "refund" in the subject. We'll issue the refund within 3 business days, usually same-day. Funds typically appear back on your card 5–10 business days later, depending on your bank.
What happens after
The $5 goes back to your original payment method via Stripe. Your account access is revoked. Any readouts you've saved remain visible via their permalinks but you won't be able to create new ones.
Edge cases
- After 30 days: we may still refund in extraordinary circumstances — ask.
- Chargebacks: just email us first. It's faster, it doesn't cost us fees, and we'd always rather resolve it directly.
- Disputes of fact: if you think the product did something wrong (wrong readout data, etc.), tell us — we'll either fix it or refund, whichever helps.
